As a Certified Management Accountant, Frank also brings a wealth of professional experience to his speaking engagements, workshops and seminars. He is a strong believer in the power of education to transform lives and in August 2010 completed his Master in Business Administration (MBA) at Lakehad University.

As a City Councilor for 11 years, Frank’s transformational approach to community development and social empowerment, brought him to the forefront of integrating people-centric technology into a smart cities approach, and create a level-playing field between small and larger cities, small and larger companies, and marginalized and affluent members of our society.

From being a guest speaker at a Graduate Studies dinner, to being a keynote speaker at the premier Smart Cities Expo Forum in the country, or motivating public speaking graduates to find their voice, Frank’s belief in the power of communication is contagious and empowering.

Frank has been a member of Toastmasters International for over 13 years and has achieved first level certification in Public Speaking. He sits on the Board of numerous community organizations and has extensive experience with non-profit organizational governance and contacts with all levels of government.
